In 2 days is end of November

In 27 days is Christmas

In 33 days is New Years: Goals, Plans, Commitments...

The majority of people gain 7 - 10 lbs between Thanksgiving to New Years, with all the Holidays, Parties, delicious foods, etc. Is this necessary?

How would you feel if I told you I could help you loose or release 7 - 10 lbs by New Year's to start 2019 in a better place, healthier mind and body and on the road towards optimal health? I can help you, if you allow me.

Tips for a Happy Holiday Season without gaining weight:

1. Don't go hungry to a party. Eat your protein and veggies before you go. You can still eat something while there, just less and better choices.

2. Always have a glass full of water. Sip regularly as you might be more thirsty rather than hungry.

3. Socialize, enjoy friends and family, - food comes last. You don't talk with your mouth full, so enjoy your loved ones and communicate.

4. No elastic waste bands. They don't allow you to realize when you are full.

5. Wear fitting clothes, not loose ones. You want to feel that you have had enough, even with tiny portions.
