Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now with Denise Thomson, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Nurse, Fitness Trainer, Educator, Speaker and Published Best Selling Author.

Have you ever had thoughts that gave you wrong or incorrect impressions?

If yes, what do you do to correct these thoughts?

Are you in control of what you think or do you just act and react to situations?

How can you make changes in the way you think?

STOP, CHALLENGE, CHOOSE

Ex.: Dr's visit for thumb/hand, was told I needed: Diabetic Retinal Photos: Diabetic Foot Exam, Lab work, Diabetic Health Education, X-ray on hand, Dermatology appt for skin problem...

First thought: WHAT? WHY? WHAT IF? WHAT IF NOT?

Results: all but Dermatology done within 2 hours. All lab work: good, still waiting for X-ray and Dermatology.

Why worry?

My message: The more you are in control of your thoughts, consider whether it serves you well or not, or others for that matter, the happier and healthier you are. Healthy body, healthy mind, overall health.

A lot of our "success" is related to our attitude, our thoughts. Be, Do,Give your Best Daily to avoid having regrets.

Need help in creating new habits to have healthy and good thoughts, let me know. I can help you.
