Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now with Denise Thomson, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, nurse, fitness trainer, educator, speaker and author.

How does the weather affect us emotionally, physically and financially?

Close your eyes and think about what you feel when I say: Rain, Clouds, Wind, Hail, Snow, Ice, Sunshine, Clear Sky, warm weather

What did you just experience?

Cold, cloudy, overcast = sadness, depression, physical pain, low energy

Warm, sunshine, clear day =  happiness, good mood, less to no pain, high energy (as long as it's not too hot)

What activities do you choose to do during either day(s)?

Why do you choose these activities rather than others?

Is it emotional, physical or financial?

How can you balance your health and wellbeing so your mental, physical and financial health are top notch?

Do you need encouragement to be active?

What life style suits you best right now?

What life style were better and healthier for you?

How do you plan on changing your life style so it encompasses all three aspects: mental health, physical health, financial health?

Avoid SAD - special light

Do you know how you can replace expensive activities to inexpensive ones and just as or more effective ones?
