Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now with Denise Thomson, Certified Health and Wellness coach, nurse, fitness trainer, educator, speaker and author.

In 66 days is New Year!

How do you prepare for 2018? Mentally, Physically, Financially?

What are your goals for the end of 2017 and the beginning of 2018?

Mentally: Are you balanced? Can you say NO? Is your answer YES to everything, then you are overwhelmed?

Physically: Are you happy and healthy with a BMI between 22 - 24.9? Are you active? Do you exercise? What does your doctor say about you and yourhealth?

Financially: Are you at a place where you are comfortable or are you aiming for more to live a better, happier, healthier, more balanced life?

If you need help in any of those aspects, I am your person to help you reach those goals.

My desire / goal is to help so many people getting healthy that I cannot even count them. Every day a few new people on my team where we support one another, encourage each other, keep each other accountable for what we set forth to do...

Ways to facilitate a support network: FB, zoom calls, emails, text, voicemail, in person, in groups, etc.

Where there is a will there is a way.

Things we do over the Holidays:

eat too much, too many sweets, eat to please someone, eat out of boredom, same counts for drinking alcohol.

How can we avoid this?

Eat healthy before you go so you just graze on healthy snacks, or choose wisely.

Drink lots of water.
