Last few weeks: prepare, trip, Jet Lag.

What is Jet Lag? It's a temporary disorder causing fatigue, insomnia, other symptoms as a result of air travel across time zones. It is a circadian rhythm sleep disorder, which is a disruption of the internal body clock.

Other symptoms & signs of jet lag: physical & emotional symptoms, anxiety, constipation, diarrhea, confusion, dehydration, headache, irritablility, nausea, indigestion..

How long does jet lag last? Recovering from jet lag depends on the number of time zones crossed while traveling. In general, the body will adjust to the new time zone at the rate of one or two time zones per day. For example, if you crossed six time zones, the body will typically adjust to this time change in 3 - 5 days. It's temporary, recovery usually within a few days. Flying East  - more jetlag due to time loss. Flying West - gaining time, easier to adjust.
