Last week I mentioned that I am writing a book called: Your Amazing Itty Bitty Book about Stress, 15 ways to reduce stress and increase health. Yesterday, I sent in my very first rough draft to the Editor. Now it's working on polishing everything, so it will open doors for me to speak about this topic!
