Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now with Denise Thomson, Founder and CEO of Miclknight Health and Wellness Company. I am an Educator, Author, Speaker, Nurse, Counselor, Spiritual Teach and very passionate about healthy and balanced living.

Why am I stressing my passion in healthy and balanced living?

Why do I have "car accident" in the subject line?

What does this have to do with happy, healthy and balanced living?

Why am I sharing this with my audience?

What can you learn from my experience?

How did I look at the accident when it happend?

How do I look at it now, three weeks later?

Why did it even happen when I just finished my work out in the gym and was driving home, happy, focused, ..

How was my perception after the crash?

Was I angry with the person who cut me off crossing the main street I was on by coming out of a smaller street with a stop sign?

What were the steps we took before we left the scene?

Did we follow the law of traffic accidents?

Did we report the accident to our insurances, including pictures, DL, Ins. Info?

Were we thankful that only the cars got damaged and we got away without a scratch?

Why am I bringing this up?

Did I remain calm?

Does it always have to be a car accident to put life into perspective?

Daily life needs to be put into perspective.
