Neuro Linguistic Programming aka NLP was developed in the early 1970’s and is a controversial approach to psychotherapy. NLP is based on the premise that words we use reflect an inner subconscious perception of our problems. NLP contends that if the words and perceptions are inaccurate, and we continue to think and use them, that they will create an underlying problem. In other words they can become a self-fulfilling prophecy. My return guest Kareema Billil, a certified NLP practitioner, is back to give us the 411 on the mind-body connection to our health by enabling us to understand our own processes of decision making, communication, motivation and learning. You don’t want to miss this segment. Call: 347- 945-5853 with your comments and questions. Log on, the Chat room is open.
