Wellness Wednesday - Affirmations for living healthy Today we are going to explore what type of fitness options will work for you and how it can benefit your pursuit of Physical Wellness. But first , as always at the beginning of all my sessions, I am a strong advocate of motivational affirmations, so we can clear our minds and focus on the message. Based on our prior four Wednesday Wellness segment we are going to repeat some of the affirmations that will sum up the progress we all should be beginning and/or making.
