On Point with Dr. John Nagl

Dr. Nagl is the President of the Center for a New American Security. He also is a co-author of the United States Army and Marine Corps Counterinsurgency Field Manual. Dr. Nagl deployed with a task force in 2004 and served as an Operations Officer in his armored Battalion. He is also the author of Learning to Eat Soup with a Knife: Counterinsurgency Lessons from Malaya and Vietnam.
