This show will include Self Empowerment Strategies to assist you in mitigating any interior (as in soul) damage caused by an experience of violence. Perhaps the violence was not your specific experience, but it was the experience of someone close to you... often referred to as secondary trauma or vicarious trauma.
In other words, this show is for every human being in our universe!! That means me and YOU!! Take the time, it is only 30 minutes, because you love and care for yourself!
