Join me, Deborah Osborne, and Jim Mallard, winner of the 2008 Technology Award from the International Association of Crime Analysts, in a discussion of the role of technology in improving crime and intelligence analysis. Jim is the crime analysis supervisor for the Arlington (TX) Police Department where he manages a team of five analysts. Mallard previously worked for the Gainesville (FL) Police Department where he developed his interest in fusing technology with crime analysis.
