Buck & Cap will provide a sneak peek of what listeners can expect from their weekly show by taking a little trip down memory lane of the shows history and some of the lessons they've learned, but knowing these guys, they are bound to make a whole lot of mistakes & screw-ups again.

The guys will let you know what they've been up to all these years and introduce some new segments to their format, like their definition of BREAKING NEWS, along with some old favorites like Movie Quotes & Trivia.

Each week they will end the show with their "Discovery of the Week" meant to be informational for everyone; though not always educational if Cap is involved. Either way, you can count on the guys giving you their unsolicited point of views.
