Ernest Ngubo Shares his Story of Empowerment with the World

Ernest Ngubo Bio Ernest is a mentor, business coach, and an Infopreneur (short for Information Entrepreneur). Well known for his stance on good corporate governance and sound business ethics, Ernest spent 25 years building a rewarding career in the engineering field which included 10 years as a leader (CEO) of a successful engineering company he also co-founded. In September 2010, Ernest retired from the engineering field to pursue what he termed his “second half life career”. His new focus became coaching and leadership development for professionals and entrepreneurs, and he named his new venture The Purpose University – taking heed from his belief that a life misaligned from ones passions, talents and values is not worth living at all. A natural ardent reader, Ernest regards himself a lifelong student in the personal and business development field, and has been an evangelist for the E-Myth philosophy of doing business since 2002. He confesses that his success in business has a lot to do with Michael Gerber’s teachings on business systems and way of thinking. Ernest had a dream of taking the concept of “Awakening the Entrepreneur Within” to South Africa before Michael Gerber introduced the Facilitators program - and he seized the opportunity and became the first person from the African continent, and one of the first fourteen people worldwide, to qualify as a Certified Facilitator for the Michael Gerber’s In The Dreaming Room program.
