How to Pray for a Nation (Part 2)

TEXT -- Daniel 9:1-8

Tonight, I want us to take a broad overview of the rest of Daniel's prayer and see the three main parts of his request on behalf of his people.

1. As we read Daniel's prayer, we notice, first of all, that he confessed sins completely and specifically.

2. The second thing we notice is that Daniel was not praying for himself but for God's glory

3. The third thing we notice is that Daniel pleads not based upon his righteousness but upon God's righteousness and mercy.
