Call in to speak with the host
Join Dakota Wood, Republican Candidate for Oklahoma's 2nd Congressional District as he discusses the issues facing Oklahoma, Our Nation, and The World. Talk directly with the candidate in an a candid and uncensored forum to hear the REAL issues discussed by REAL voters in Eastern Oklahoma.
Dakota Wood retired as a 20 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps. A graduate of Sequoyah High School in Claremore, Oklahoma and the United States Naval Academy, Dakota has spent his entire life dedicated to defending the rights and freedoms of Oklahomans.
In explaining why he is launching this innovative, new talk show Wood said, “Part of being a good public servant is being responsive to the people you serve or are seeking to serve.” He continued, “I enjoy the many opportunities I have on the campaign trail to speak with voters; however, due to the demands of the campaign, it is difficult to talk with as many voters as I would like. I view this radio show as a great opportunity to interact with more voters and have in-depth conversations about the issues of greatest importance to Oklahoma’s 2nd District.
“We face many challenges at home and abroad. My sense is that voters want to hear what candidates have to say beyond the talking points and stump speeches. They want to hear about real solutions, not just complaints about what’s wrong with the country. I look forward to discussing economic, health care, energy, defense, and foreign policy, among other issues with the people of the 2nd District. This is an exciting addition to the campaign. I hope a lot of voters will listen and call into the show. This is also something I look forward to continuing as the next Congressman for Oklahoma’s 2nd District.”
