Sometimes we just have TOO much going on in life; and it's not always something bad. Sometimes, it's just so many moving parts; 2 many irons in the fire, like having the role of peacemaker or provider in our extended families to the point where everyone places demands on our time, money, peace, loyalty, and sanity, without ever thinking that we, too, need a break. Other times, we are our own worst enemies--- worrywarts; apprehenisve; biting off more than we can chew; overacheivers; perfectionists in ourselves and requirement of others. Some of us are type-A aggressive personalities to the point where we lack the abilitiy 2 compromise, communicate effectively, hear others. trust others or be vulunerable. Others of us are passive-aggressive, deluding ourselves into thinking that we're somehow better than the Type A person because we're always politically correct and never directly speak our minds, but then just abandon our loved ones or jobs and walk away without any communication or resolution, laeving people's lives in shambles, so far removed from true emotion and love that you can justify in your own heart and mind wihtout remorse. Still other times, it's benign issues that we worry us to the point of ongoing chaos: waht will I wear toda;; what is waiting on me at work or home; I cant' stand my boss; was she talking about me in that FB post; is my spouse cheating, Sue's husband is; what are my grown kids doing right now (that's me )? Is HE coming to Thanksgivng? Did I make my Christmas list yet? PEACE. BE STILL! This week, our instruction has been on prepartion for Victory (THE Audicatiy of HOpe, and Refuse 2 Surrenudenrt). In today's lesson in Mark 4: 28-31, we saw how Jesus handled the storm, & what He offers us..
