Rhonda (Coker) Lay, DTM and Area G76 Director, has been a Project Manager at Equifax for nearly 15 years. She knows how to complete her goals! Last year, she got her Masters degree. This year, she completed her DTM! Rhonda facilitates a lot of meetings both in person and virtually. She has become a stronger speaker because of her participation in Toastmasters. Serving as Area Director has given her an opportunity to observe Toastmasters in other clubs and sharpen her own listening skills which she applies in all her relationships.
