Bernadette is President-Elect of St Dominic the Word Toastmasters Club and Administration Manager-Elect for District 44 in the next fiscal year, 2018-2019. She appreciates the "supportive learning experiences" provided by her Toastmaster club members which help her move outside her comfort zone.  She uses "failures" to become "successes" as she learns, grows and develops from positive feedback. As a result, she has become a much "leaner, cleaner speaker" in her work as presenter and trainer.
