The second in a series of three programs to commemorate Child Abuse and Prevention Month. The Child Abuse and Prevention Act (CAPTA) is key federal legislation that funds child protection throughout the 50 states. “On-the-Line” with CWLA’s special guests will present facts about CAPTA, which is up for reauthorization later this year and why full funding of child abuse prevention and treatment programs is needed to keep kids safe.
