Kate Ellis has been trained by The American Association of Hypnotherapist Examinars, The Hypnosis Foundation of Chicago and is Certified with The National Guild of Hypnotists,  the Association of Counselors and Therapists, Brookside Counseling and Hypnotherapy and a member of the Arizona Society of Professional Hypnotists. Kate recently accepted the chair of Vice President of The Arizona Society of Professional Hypnotists (ASPH).

Kate instructed at Scottsdale Community college, former faculty with Morraine Valley Community College and St. Xaviers Universtiy in Illinois. She has taught a variety of courses, credited and adult continuing educational courses including Personal self-development, Creative Visualization  Self-esteem, Assertiveness training, Self Hypnosis and Relationship Development, along with Behavior Modification including Smoking Cessation Weight Management Addictions; food, people, substances, Anxiety Panic Attack  Phobias and Depressive Dis-orders.

Clients successfully achieve correction of Anxiety Panic dis-orders OCD, Procrastination & Depression, including remission of many stress related disorders including Crohns, Illitus, Colitus disorders, Pain management and Inflammatory conditions.

Counseling Hypnotherapy aids in habit control, cravings, motivation, behavior modification and techniques of self-hypnosis are some of the profound skills taught and acquired, a tool bag in effect for her clients. Most clients goals are acheived is 3 sessions, for others it's 7-12, such as OCD or dual diagnosis, such as depression/addictions.
