We'll start off with a lovely, gentle Akashic Prayer Process called Heart Integration.  Designed by the Akashic Records, it helps you to connect to all your levels of being - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies - plus taking you into an amazing Divine connection at the end. If you only have a few minutes - then come at least for this. It will be worth it because you can learn do this at home every day to ensure you are grounded and open to healing. 

Once I connect with the Group Records of those on this call live and who will listen later, I'm leaving some space for the Records to comment on our current Coronavirus situation.
