Marias life long journey started in Astoria, Queens where she was born into a very traditional Greek family. She was taught to have a strong religious faith and to respect the traditions and morals that had been passed down from generation to generation in her family. However, since she can remember, throughout her childhood and adult life, she always had this feeling, or ability to sense things about people or what was about to happen.

Maria reached the next level in her journey by understanding "energy".  All of these positive forces opened up all of the doors in her mind and allowed her to start recognizing the energies, or spirits, that had been communicating with her all along. Her awareness of their existence and her ability to interpret their messages has led her to her real purpose in this life, and what she says she has always wanted to do, which is to help people.

Now she helps people connect with lost loved ones. Sometimes it helps them find some peace or closure. Other times, it helps to restore their faith in everlasting life and helps to strip away their fear of dying. Many people that she has helped have opened up their own doors and started understanding and exploring their own energy and place in the universe.
