Nanette Nelson on Youth Crime, Violence & Alternatives

Join myCULTURALConversations as we welcome Nanette Nelson to the show. Ms. Nelson will engage our listening audience in analyzing the cause of the sheer numbers of youth that commit crime and violence in the urban sectors.  She will also give her take on alternative measures to curtail the violence.  Ms. Nelson is founder of the LOFT Nonprofit Organization that is devoted in addressing and removing youth in New Orleans from criminal enviornments and adopting positive ways in confronting violence. The LOFT is an alternative in which youth can turn.
