From cheerleading on the Chicago Mustangs Football to helping corporate leaders achieve their speaking goals, Charlene knows what it takes to bring out the best in you! She also has the credibility to walk you through the process. By the age of 26, she received three industry certifications, obtained a Zumba instructor certification, and earned the title of Distinguished Toastmaster, the highest public speaking and leadership designation in Toastmasters International. 

HINECharlene Rhinehart is a graduate of DePaul University where she studied Accounting & Finance with a minor in Community Service Studies. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Project Management Professional (PMP). Charlene is currently 2nd Vice President for the National Association of Black Accountants, member of the National Black MBA Association - Chicago Chapter, frequent speaker for the Illinois CPA Society, and mentor for Year Up. Charlene was recently awarded the Outstanding Leader Award from the National Association of Black Accountants - Chicago Chapter and the 2014 Illinois CPA Society Young Professional Leader of the Year. On March 7th, Charlene was crowned Ms. Corporate America 2015 in Orlando, Fl. During her year of service, she will be responsible for conducting professional workshops, doing national radio/television broadcasts, attending seminars and speaking to audiences about her platform of “Diversity in Business”.
