Taking a close look at society it is very obvious that our children are suffering... I am not talking about impoverished children without food and clothes and entertainment, I am talking about children going their own way under the demise and cloaking of superficiality. Yes, they have their basic needs taken care of daily sprinkling them with love and affection. (A sprinkling is like a gentle soft rain that just barely saturates the ground and gives it just enough to sustain it for a little while.) Is this how we want to water the fertile ground of our children s lives? We can do all of these things on a superficial level, but true redirecting and discipline toward their destiny takes a little more time and effort.
