dangerous con people lying to others around me saying i need a progress report

they say i am " making progress " but it is all a con game. These dangerous human beings had committed ID thefr,fraud , trying to put me in jail and violated my civil rights. They talk about looking at me use the bathroom etc. These individuals are very dangerous
