$25,000 Wanted Rapist Reward - Between 1991 and 1998, the Potomac River Rapist brazenly and brutally preyed upon women in the Washington, DC area. Victims were attacked in their homes and included an 18-year-old babysitter and a mother whose infant was in the house at the time of the attack. Tyrone Clay, 29, and Edgardo Colon, 34, were charged with murder while in commission of an armed robbery and first-degree murder of a peace officer.
