Joanne Astraea is a Priestess of Isis, Sophia and Kwan Yin ordained in the Iseum of Isis Pelagia with the Temple of Isis Los Angeles under the Fellowship of Isis. She is the last of the original founding mothers of Long Beach WomanSpirit still actively participating on a regular basis.
 One of her callings is working on an individual basis with women desiring to learn about the Goddess but who may not be comfortable joining in a group setting. She teaches with compassion and understanding for where a person is on their path, seeking to guide them to a place of strength and courage to recognize, respect and step into their power.
She is excited about the growth in the Goddess community and embraces her path as an opportunity to learn, share and be a blessing to others.
Mother to an adult daughter who was raised with the Goddess and ritual in her life, Joanne is an aspiring writer who loves living within walking distance of the ocean.
