HOUR OF TRUTH with COACH FT

This week's show is dedicated to my late cousin Az'urai Palmer (October 16, 1996 - July 29, 2013) who took her own life.  May God have her now.  May her soul rest in peace for eternity.

TODAY'S SHOW:  LIVING WHOLEHEARTEDLY: FINDING STRENGTH IN TIMES OF LOSS

Experiencing loss can be emotionally devastating.  Whether it be the death of a loved one, loss of job, or kids leaving home to embark on their own life's journey, emotionally grief can overcome us and have us feeling like our world's are ending.

However, our losses can be the source of our greatest transformations in life and lead us to a wellspring of love, life, hope and healing.

Join me this week as my guest Gail Saunders, author of the forthcoming book Resilient Heart: Transcending the Death of Your Loved One, discusses how the loss of her beloved husband taught her how to become stronger, wiser, more compassionate, and more eager to live with each new day.

Frank Thomas, Coach FT, is a Man of God who is disguised as a coach, consultant, speaker and author of the forthcoming book "RISE: Even Death Can't Stop Me".  His passion is to help others live a life of purpose by encouraging them to overcome their fears, failures, and self-limiting beliefs and tap into and fulfill their greatness within.
