Soulful Sunday Mornings - a program of inspiriation, uplifting messages and relaxing musical interludes - a soulful experience.

10:00 - Carol Woodliff brings her wisdom on Shifting from Scared to Sacred. What happens when we commit to showing up as an inspirational, sacred being and we wake up feeling empty - feeling like "I got nothing."  What happens when we surrender to this feeling and turn the HOW over to Spirit.

10:30 - Marilee Snyder Nieciek shares Ancient Wisdom for NOW. Marilee shares her thoughts on manifesting, moving and changing from the Season of the Fire that transforms us to the Season of Water that shapes us.  She also shares an essential oil recipe for swollen ankles, and as a special treat - a guided mediatation.  All sorts of goodies!

11:00 - Judy Guadalupe brings us Dancing Beyond Dogma. Judy invigorates us with her poetry and an empowering breathwork exercise.  She helps us to understand how to free ourselves and receive the blessings of the wind as we transform outselves into the cherished being we truly are.
