Franklin Correa I was born in the Inner City of Newark New Jersey, being raised in a multicultural area being at that time. at the tender age of 5, he fell in love with the martial arts by watching channel 5 on Saturday afternoons kung fu cinema. at this time she was fascinated with not just Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan but all the original kung fu classics, from five fingers of death to master of the flying guillotine. but one day he saw Black Belt Jones, which amazed Tim to see that someone other than an Asian person was doing martial arts, so he began looking for all of the late grandmaster Jim Kellys films.
One day he was taken to the movie theater and saw his first Chuck Norris movie, lone wolf McQuade... and from there the rest was history, Chuck Norris became his idol, as everyone was in love with Bruce Lee... Franklin admired Bruce Lee but seeing someone off American descent such as Jim Kelly and Chuck Norris doing movies with martial arts really put him on his path.
Not having money, and him and his family living content, Franklin did not get a chance to study the martial arts until the age of 12, where his friend Shihan Johnny Guerrero, introduced them to the late Sifu George Diaz. from there the rest was history, training in various styles throughout the years, from ninjutsu, to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, to traditional arts, to the Filipino arts, Franklin always went back to ninjutsu, which was is love growing up as we watching Sho Kosugi, and the American Ninja movies with Michael Dudikoff. now a hold of a 3rd degree black belt in ninjutsu, Franklin has been doing films for over 10 years and is just now being noticed, he promises to spread the love of the martial arts especially ninjutsu on screen.... and is in talks to do an actual ninja film within the next two years, do too being in the process of two other feature films.
