This weeks guest is my new Anytime Fitness trainer, Joanna Kamendulis. She is formulating new strategies for me to get to my final goal of 400 lb lost but still have about 15 to go !! This week we started interval training or circuit training to increase full body work, increase heart rates and metabolism.
