Joe got his start in the creative field at a very young age by building "superhero cities" for all his action figures, constructed from scrap wood his father would leave around the house. Lured into the Theater in High School, he knew a life in the arts was where he was headed. Joe started acting as a dead body in "Arsenic and Old Lace" and concluded his high school career with a crucifixion in "Jesus Christ Superstar." He went to Suffolk University and UMass Boston, where he rounded out his theatrical skill set by learning all aspects of the craft. His senior thesis was a comedy tribute to the late comic Bill Hicks, but it was a screenwriting class taken in his senior year that changed it all. Joe moved to L.A in 2004 to pursue the Hollywood Dream, but made a deal with The Fates to trade success in his Hollywood Career for a Red Sox World Series win.
