Join Dr. D Ivan Young and Tasha Page-Lockhart, season six winner of BET's hit gospel singing competition, Sunday Best. Tasha says she never thought she was good enough to compete. God, a panel of celebrity judges, and viewers nationwide, thought otherwise.

Tasha still remembers being homeless. She remembers snorting cocaine and doing just about anything to get the next hit. She remembers when she thought her life was not worth living, and how she contemplated ending it.

Tasha is the daughter of legendary gospel singer Lisa Page Brooks. She began singing at a young age recording commercial jingles for major companies, and in 2001, became the youngest member of her mother’s award-winning group, Witness. 

Tasha says she wants "to make music that will inspire, encourage, and help people deal with everyday life.” Listen in and hear more about her inspiring journey to the top.
