0124 2010, Mon, July 26, Conservative Latino Talk Radio hosts Most Reverend Gerald Kicanas, Bishop of the diocese of Tucson of Arizona, VP of the USCCB and the point man for immigration issues here in America. The Bishop spoke of the efforts to obtain comprehensive immigration reform and the failure of congress to pass such legislation. However, Bishop Kicanas spoke of the commentary from Senator McCain during the last effort to pass comprehensive immigration reform in which Sen. McCain reported there were enumerable calls in opposition to the effort calling it "amnesty" which the Bishop reported was not true. I added that the vocal minority in this debate is sponsored by FAIR and they have spread many lies and have an agenda from the culture of death. Bishop Kicanas complained it is difficult to counter their soundbites and video clips of misinformation with mere words. And I reported the need to expose FAIR and DR. John Tanton for culture of death representatives they are. I reported to the Bishop that FAIR has orchestrated this effort as part of their "attrition through enforcement." And the Bishop confirmed that Latinos in his Diocese are afraid.
