While yesterday's show focused on the threats to the Pro-Life agenda, there is good news for the same today. Today, it was announced that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the argument that "The Pledge of Allegiance," although it contains the phrase, "...One nation, under God..." is not a prayer and does not violate the Constitution's "Establishment Clause." The Knights of Columbus who championed both the change to Pledge in the 1950's and defended its usage today celebrated this victory both for the constitutionality of religious principal and common sense. Although, on this show, last Friday and yesterday, Lauro mentioned that religious principals are under attack by both socialists & Libertarians, it is only the Pro-Life stand & those who support it who truly have the tipping point on so many issues like the Obama healthcare socialization plan. There is good news there as Democrat Congressmen face their own conscience with regard to abortion and other issues. Lastly, NASA administrator, Gen. Bolden, has been asked by a set of congressmen to explain how NASA can support continued manned space flight within the budget proposed by Obama.
