It takes effort and consciousness to get well.  When we are well we feel great and have lots of energy to spend with those we love and to have fun.  We are able to play well, work well and live well if we so choose.

It's very common for us to take being well for granted, failing to take the measures necessary to stay well.  In this show we will discuss the advantages of staying well as it is so much easier staying well than it is to get well.
