NJ is one of the highest taxed states and has been declared one the least-friendly states when it comes to conducting business, according to the Tax Foundation, a nonprofit group in Washington, DC.

Small business owners are the backbone of the economy, yet they are continually stressed under taxes and rules and regulations, which are direct assaults on their ability to make money and hire employees.

To discuss the reality and challenges of what small business owners face on a regular basis is businessman Frank Contella, who is the owner and investor in numerous businesse in NJ.
