Sexual Health

Our sexual energy is our life force energy. The aware person understands that our sexual desires may be a natural part of who we are, our ability to express our sexuality is often learned. This week our health conversation will focus on sexual health from the physical to the aspects of sexual energy and how channeling all the emotions, feelings and energy into productive things. We will look past the traditional conversations of sex and get down to the conversation of really understanding how this applies differently to men and women.
