Living a healthy lifestyle is important to everyone. Health complications such as diabetes (type 1 & type 2), high blood pressure, and obesity have become the leading factors for heart attack, stroke, and even death. Often we find ourselves counting calories and watching what we eat, all for the sake of trying to get back to being "high school skinny!"
