Barnes set school records with 22 receptions for 278 yards in the Falcons' comeback win at Kent State. He had three touchdowns in the game, including a 45-yard score late in the fourth quarter to cut the lead to 35-30. His 22 receptions were one shy of the NCAA and MAC single-game records, set by UNLV is Randy Gatewood in 1994.
