What is a "Clean up Woman"? Are you that woman that's doing the cleaning?

A clean up woman is a woman who dates married men in particular. She do the things that a married woman most of the time won't do sexually to her husband. Is it the man's fault or the woman fault for not pleasing her man, which drove him to get a clean up woman?
