7PM ESt. Jay Interviews Speaker, Coach and Author Gerri Helms. Her book, Trust God and Buy Broccoli (Femme Osage 2007), helps many who have not experienced permanent weight loss. Locally, Gerri is a popular guest speaker, having addressed the Mental Health Counselor Association of the Space Coast, The Indian River Methodist Church, The American Business Women’s Association, E-Women Network and others. She has lead spiritual retreats throughout the country and in the United Kingdom and has been a guest speaker on AM Radio WMEL 921, Women are Talking Show, and the morning show on 97.7FM – The Wolf in San Francisco.

Gerri resides in Titusville, Florida with husband Dave and puppy Pooh Bear. They have three children and two grandchildren.
