You've really gotten me going! Now, if I can't find a podcast for whatever I need to do, I record one on my MP3 player and it gets DONE! When you've already recorded one, though, I use that. The ones you've done work better for me because you're perkier than I am... LOL! Thanks!

how do I rate the show? PS. Since listening to you, I've bought windex and microfiber clothes/mop. When are you going to get a sponsor to support your cell phone bill?

You taught me something about myself I didn't know. I was blind to clutter and what I have to do is pick up one item at a time and deal with it otherwise it's good as invisable. I have room in my bathroom now!

I will spread the word about your podcasts. I can't believe I'm actually cleaning my house everyday, I've read every book, printed out lists, made to do lists, We'll I have to tell you, THIS WORKS! I need the pressure of the DND headphones!

THANK YOU! These podcasts are really motivating :)

cleaning.out.closets

In May 2008 I decided that I must be the change I wanted to see in the world. At the same time, I discovered that we would be moving cross country. I decided to focus on cleaning out my closets and everything else 15 minutes at a time. This is not a sit back and relax show. Grab your headphones, add this to your playlist, and let's go clean. You can get my daily routines at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/stations/flylady/phera.

    Taking a Break

    Hi everyone -

I've got to take a break for a while.  It's just been so crazy maintaining two houses. For at least this week I'm doing the 15 minute mission along with my morning routine at PHERA's profile http://www.blogtalkradio.com/stations/flylady/Phera  Please join me there this week.  I hope to be back soon with the Top to Bottom Cleaning and daily missions.

    PHERA

  • Original Air Date:

PHERA: Z2M5 - Order to Chaos

Open up your worst cabinet or the pantry. Spend 5 minutes decluttering. Then spend 5 minutes organizing. Spend the last 5 minutes getting everything put back into place & dealing with anything that you don't want back in there.

  • Original Air Date:

PHERA: Z2M4 - Help! There's an Alien in My Fridge! Oh wait, that was the meatloaf... or was it?

Step 1 - Apply clothes pin to nose. Step 2 - Toss anything unrecognizable. Step 3 - wipe down the shelf. Repeat as needed. Remove clothespin. Smile.

  • Original Air Date:

PHERA: Z2M3 - The toothbrush and the sink (a dirty story)

What else can a toothbrush be used for? The ick in the cracks. You might need something stronger than windex for this one. Apply chemicals, let the PhD's scrub for 2 minutes while you peek under the sink - eek! - then apply elbow grease.

  • Original Air Date:

    PHERA: Z2M2 - Counter Intelligence

Does your kitchen self clean? Funny, neither does mine! My counters are getting cluttered and icky. Let's spend 5 minutes putting stuff away, then 5 minutes scrubbing them down really well. 5 minutes to put the good stuff back in place and we're done :)

  • Original Air Date:

PHERA: Squeaky Clean from Top to Bottom

We're going to start high and dry and then get sweet and low :)

  • Original Air Date:

    PHERA: Z2M1 - Cabinet Cleanup

This is a 15 minute focused mission on the cabinets. I use Windex, but I've also made a paste from dish washing soap for really tough areas. You may want to check your cabinets care suggestions before pulling out the 409 or other heavy hitters.
