BUFFER ZONE AND HOBBY LOBBY RULINGS – DOUBLE VICTORIES FOR PRO-LIFERS
On Monday, pro-lifers celebrated their second victory in recent weeks when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that business owners can object on religious grounds to a provision of President Barack Obama's healthcare law that requires closely held companies to provide health insurance that covers birth control.
The court held on a 5-4 vote on ideological lines that such companies can seek an exemption from the so-called birth control mandate of the healthcare law. The decision means employees of those companies will have to obtain certain forms of birth control from other sources.
This decision comes just behind last week’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling striking down a Massachusetts law allowing abortion clinics to have a buffer zone keeping protesters at least 35 feet from entrances and walkways.
For several years there has been a law forbidding pro-life demonstrators from assembling on the sidewalk in front of Massachusetts abortion clinics, relegating protestors further away where they were far less effective.

Every American needs to understand that the entire national press is controlled, and is simply giving you the "news" you are supposed to have.   Please go to http://freeamerican.com and www.shop.freeamerican.com to order my books and the new Free American Magazines.

"In order to put public opinion into our hands we must bring it into a state of bewilderment by giving expression from all sides to so many contradictory opinions and for such length of time as will suffice to make the [average person] lose their heads in the labyrinth and come to see that the best thing is to have no opinion of any kind, in matters political."
