Fruit Bearer

This month we are talking about the Fruit of the Spirit. Each of us should bear fruit. Fruit is the evidence of a Christian life. In the Greek language the word fruit is singular, which means there is one fruit. The Fruit is the Holy Spirit, who develops the nine attributes of God's Spirit in our lives.

Our scripture reference is Galatians 5:22-23, which states "but the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control, against such things there is no law". NIV.

We are going to look at these nine attributes of God's Spirit in relation to our lives. Our goal is to allow the Spirit of God to mature us to the point of bearing fruit.
