Join us as our guests discuss the role of foster care in ascertaining a child’s safety and well-being. They’ll try to determine whether the foster care system makes its children more vulnerable to abuse. How about neglect? They’ll debate whether the system behaves, for the most part, in an objective manner when it comes to the degree of a child’s care and whether decisions are based on subjective agendas.
