The Book of Jeremiah

The book of Jeremiah is shows that God offers repentance and judgement. Jeremiah preached an unpopular but true message of impending doom for the God's chosen people who had chosen to turn their backs on God. In the end, Jeremiah is proven correct as Jerusalem is detroyed by the Babylonians. But there is a remnant, a Messiah coming from the line of David. This is not a test, its the real thing.
