Using Isaiah 61:1-3 as a reference for scriptural text, our host will discuss the four (4) works of the Messiah (The Anointed One) which describes his works in setting the captives free.  There are hard times in life. Listeners will become encouraged and gain hope as they hear the work of Christ that releases them from bondage and as they learn to identify what he came to do, what he did, and to accept and receive his help. Life has enough tests, trials, and temptations of its own without the feelings of uncertainty and overwhelmingness. There is hope in Christ for the wounded and weary soul. The listener will come to understand and accept refreshing comes from the presence of the Lord (Acts 3:19).
